Obsidian Destroyer.

I understand that there are 2 known plugins for this.

But! One is Outdated (GLITCHED AF) & Does not work with spigot & the other is deleted.

Suggested name: ObsidianDestroyer

What I want: This plugin will allow for TNT to destroy a radius of obsidian in 3 hits. Meaning that if you cannon the obsidian or place a tnt block next obsidian it will destroy after being impacted by tnt 3 times. It's a fairly simple concept that has been done before, but non work.
Materials that blow up in 3 Hits:
-Obsidian
-Enchanting Tables
-Anvils
PLEASE NOTE: TNT Should NOT bypass world guard protected.
Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: Non Needed

When I'd like it by: As soon as possible!

 

Another plugin was found "FatTnt" Also does not work.
