So what I'm looking for is an npc war plugin. it shouldn't be dependent on any other plugin, like citizens. You should be able to create an army by doing a command, such as /army create [army name] After that, you can invite other people to your army. With a command like /army invite [player name] For every player you get in your army, you should get two npcs. They wouldn't be overpowered, but about the health and damage stats of a zombie. They should have leather colored armor, and you chose the color with a command such as /army color [color] You can tell your npcs to attack another army with a command such as /army attack [army name] and then when ever they come within a hundred blocks or so they go after them. If you don't pick an army to go to war with, they will by default go after hostel mobs. you should also get two tools. One of them you should be able to click on one of your npcs with it then click the block where you want them to go. The other, when you click on a block all of you npcs will go to that location. You can also promote other players in your army to be able to have these tools to move your army.
