Filled NoEnchanting

Hello,

Can someone please make a simple plugin that disabled the normal enchanting and anvil repair with enchanting?

Also, two toggle options in config.yml

disable-normal-enchanting-gui: true
disable-normal-anvil-repair-enchanting-gui: true

So, basically, don't let players open enchanting table or anvil if it's disabled as in config?

@timtower I discourage the use of a plugin, by another person, made for a certain person. People can take this plugin and abuse it when it was only for @madtomic
