New Flowers turn into something else

    Tulips turn into poppy flower
    Sunflower turns into stone

    I'm only using essentials, world edit, and multiverse. I know these are the new flowers but is there anyway to fix it?

    Im also using spigot 1.7.2

    Spigot for 1.7.2 does not have 1.7.2 features. It's a 1.6.4 server that accepts 1.7.2 clients. It's a workaround for impatient people and comes with issues as you described. I suggest sticking with a proper 1.6.4 server until 1.7.2 actually arrives, but that's up to you.
