Need help for finding certain plugins!

First of all, I need help finding some certain plugins...
If you know the plugin could you maybe link it to me, so basically I would like to go through a portal that takes me through to another world (or far far away in the same world) then when I arrive their I find myself in "Creative" gamemode and it allows me to build in creative, then when go through another portal I get to the survival part of the world I return with the same items that I had previously with my survival account.

[Firstly I was on some server, and found this working I have no idea at all what I need in order to perform this.]

Cheers, that helped a lot, now I'll have a look into the config file to keep inventory items separate to each world I make.

 

I think there's a separate "add-on" for Multiverse to keep inventories separate, it won't be in the core plugin.
