Need help finding plugins for this job

Hello!

I am so mad at the 1.3.1 update. Everything is too easy. Everything is too causual. Everything feels like its made for babys. I am tired of this RPG town simulator with unlimited resources mess!

That said, I basically want to remake the server into what it felt like way back but without having the user downgrade the client.

Features I need:
-Remove XP / Enchants
-Harder mobs (If its not available i guess its ok)
-Old hunger back
-Old / Better worldgen without jungles and other bull that was added
-Decrease ore spawn rate
-Disable end (Not really hard)
-Everything else that removes all the easy sh*t that was added the last year.

I think you got the basic idea. I need suggestions on how to do this and tips on plugins that can do this.

- Set the difficulty to hard.
- I'm sure there's a plugin to do that.

- Need a custom world generator for that, not sure if you can find one that does that and the old terrain.
