Need autorank and money per kill plugins!

    These plugins may seem relatively simple to get, but I've tried SO MANY different plugins and no matter how I configure them, they don't give a working output. Why bother post plugins on bukkit if they won't even work in the first place?

    All I need is a timer that ranks you up on PermissionsEx after a certain amount of time, and a plugin that gives you a dollar in EssentialsEco every time you kill someone. The person who died should NOT be penalized!
