Think you could add to this plugin That it says 'Donate To Be Able To Place Sponge' Also i need a plugin like this but with Obsidian if you want i can reward you with in-game items
That seems like the most logical option to me. If it where me, I would add custom messages for each block as well.

Here is an example for TNT. Now the users can't break or place any of the listed blocks without permission.
uhh follow the picture create a new line up "invalid_blocks" then put a hyphen, then next to the hyphen add a space, then add the block id you want to blcok.

Please also be able, in the config to set a max amount of people in a party, thanks so much! Also the invitation only lasts 20 seconds. (Please dont mind the random spaces) Colour codes aswell so its not just white. Permissions: VRParty.create VRParty.inviteVRParty.join VRParty.leave Commands: /party create: creates party /party invite [player name]: Invites a player to party /party leave: leaves current party/party join: joins party invited to Alias commands: /p c: creates party /p i [player name]: invites a player to party/p j: joins party invited to /p l: leaves current party
