/near plugin

    Simply a plugin where someone can do /near and if players are near, a number of players nearby would be shown.
    For example:
    [Player]: /near
    [NearMe] There are 2 players within 100 blocks of you.

    Requests:
    Radius configurable it the .yml
    Fully configurable colours/lang

    Thats pretty much all I need, if anyone could get onto this that would be great!

    What do you mean by configurable colours/language? What does that entail?

    He probably means that he wants to be able to completely customize the messages this plugin sends.
