Filled Nameplate Blocks

Suggested name: Nameplate Blocks

What I want:
A Plugin that adds a nameplate to any block kind of how Item Frames work.
When hovered over the block it shows a nameplate, that doesn't need a Item frame.

Ideas for commands: /np hand Nameplate - Sets the block in hand to show Nameplate when placed.
/np set Nameplate - Sets the block you're looking at to show Nameplate.

Ideas for permissions: nameplate.admin

When I'd like it by: Anytime

I've seen a method where you spawn a named bat into the block.

 

It achieves the same effect though. How it works doesn't really matter, unless it causes problems. One problem with this method might be the bat making sounds, but I guess you could use any entity?

 

Ah, right. Maybe a dropped item entity would work?

Why? Does it make it impossible to place block next to it or something? Wasn't sure about that. It would fix the noise-problem, right?

 

Won't the mob suffocate?

 

Actually it doesn't, it is quite weird.
