N00b Question > Portals

Hello,

Here I am with another newbie question... How to manipulate Portals? I want to control where they appear, where they teleport, etc?

Don't need samples or pointing to plugins that already do it, just general guidance (like using class x.y.w.z you can isntantiate portals and then use a.b.c.d(e,f,g) to send ppl to another place).
