Plugin Help Multiverse Portals

Hey!
So I've been successful making multiverse portals but I would like it so that after the first trip through the portal, when going in the portal for the next time they spawn where the logged out. For Example:

Jimmy goes into a factions portal and spawns at: x 0 y 100 z 0
He then walks to x 50 y 100 z 0
He then logs out
Next time he goes through the portal, I want him to spawn at x 50 y 100 z 0 but instead he spawns at x 0 y 100 z 0

How can I fix this? Thanks for any help!
