Problem/Bug Multicraft 2.2.1 Help!

Hi there all! I have been setting up a Minecraft server using the multicraft 2.2.1 software, I have the web panel properly port forwarded with port 80 and me and my other administrators can access it fine, the server is working fine itself and you can see that in the console. However, the 25565 and really any other ports I attempt to forward and migrate the server to don't work, I have even completely disabled the firewall and enable the DMZ server on my router to open all ports, when using the canyouseeme.org checker it picks up port 80 fine but no others, I want to actually obtain a professional copy of multicraft and don't think I should pay anything until I can get this resolved, I am running the software on Windows 10 Pro, please help!!!!
