I'm wanting to kind of experiment with a few quest plugins, preferably ones with NPC involvement. After searching for awhile, I haven't really come to a conclusion which ones are the more popular and stable ones. Does anyone have any suggestions?
http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/quester/ is pretty active at the moment. It's extremely flexible too.
