   Is there any plugin where you can select the region of the spawn, and all the world beyond spawn will be deleted and new land will be generated?

   @RoboWorks You can save spawn with WorldEdit and schematics and then just delete the world, then put spawn back.
   I do have a plugin to regenerate the world but that doesn't use safe zones.

   You could just regenerate the world manually, and place the spawn in it with something like MCEdit

   Problem is that the server is modded(So it will mess up all the modded blocks and props) and the spawn is 4,000 by 4,000 blocks.
