In my attempt to create a creeper island, i ran into an issue: the creepers wont spawn unless i build a hut or something like that. This kind of defeats the purpose of the island and playing in dark would mean skeletons, spider, and zombies would spawn. So what I'm requesting is a plugin that allows spawners to spawn irregardless of light(so now neutral mobs would spawn in darkness as well) thanks
