Mobs ignite if they get high fall-damage

    I've a little Problem with Mob-Farms on my server. But not the usual ones, which I could prevent with the usual plugins.
    The Mob-Farms on my server just cause the mob to fall down and causes hin 19 damage, then it is hit by a player.
    These farms are so efficent that players can level at 30 more then once a hour.
    Is there any plugin that ignites the block under the mob, when it gets a specific ammount of damage ?

    This is possible, but there is many ways it could go wrong, such as when someone has HIGH enchants, the ground would randomly be engulfed in flames when they kill a mob!

    How about this: it detects if a mob takes 19 or more damage at once (could easily be configurable), and if it does, it won't drop anything. Would that be okay?
