Mob Hide And Seek

Suggested name: MobHide

What I want: I want this plugin to be kind of like the hide and seek plugin here. But, instead of having you choose a block to play as, it instead asks you for what mob you want to play as. The ones I personally want to be in here, is (Chickens, Pigs, Cows, Sheep, Squids). Every round, the plugin will spawn in a bunch of mobs everywhere, (with a given amount in a config) and the seekers have to find and kill all of the mobs that are players. Since there is only mobs, I thought it would be cool to add if they kill a random animal, they will get status effects. (Blindness I, Weakness II) Each for 30 seconds each.

I Would like this plugin to work with 1.7.9/1.7.10 version of Bukkit/Spigot. Thanks!
