Minigame plugin :)

WHAT I WANT:
I want a plugin that can shrink the map border. So as time goes on the map shrinks slowly like every 30 seconds the map shrinks by 1 block till it reaches the centre of the map. It should kill anyone within the shrinking like the void kills a player. it should then reset the map and start again only when the game starts. They should also be able to have there own kits which i will set to e.g: You get iron armor as soon as you join and iron sword with 5 carrot and there will be 5 different kits which i can edit and 2 of them you will need to donate to get.
WHY I WANT:
I want a plugin pvp plugin for my server which will be great also i dont think it will take someone to long to do
COMMANDS:
I dont rely mind but nice short will be nice and please tell me the type of commands i need to know
