      Define the area with the "Wooden Hoe" (use rightclick)

    What is the best way to set up a lever/sign that changes the time to "0" or the beginning of the day upon activation? Is this possible using Day Checker and the time changing ICs?

    Hahaha, now this is what I wanted to show you the other day! It's really quite simple.

    First, to do exactly what you described, I would use the full Time Control IC [MC3231] (the Simple Time Control IC [MC1231] sets the time to night when it loses power...). Make an IC with 3231, then while looking at it, place one redstone wire and a torch going into the left side of the sign (this is input 1 on any IC sign). Then, (and for this purpose, a button would probably work better, as it resets itself), put one redstone out from the front of the MC3231 and the button on a block connected to that redstone (this is where a lever would be better, as you can put it right on the ground). And you should have it set up to set the time to morning whenever you hit the button (note: you can also put a lever on the left side of MC3231 instead of a torch, and have the IC toggleable as to whether it actually sets the time to day or night).

    Now, if you want to get a little fancier, like me, and have an Auto-day circuit, you have the same setup as before, only that block is a not (and a simple torch not will do, doesn't have to be an IC, though mine is :D), and that is triggered by output from a Day Check IC [MC0230] (I use the self-trigger, because otherwise it's not auto!).

    Here are a few screenshots of the setup:

    You'll notice, in the second pic, another lever. That is the override switch, which, if on, allows the game time to progress normally through the night.

    Are you sure, that your craftbukkit is at version 612+?
    'cause this is a thing that always worked until the 1.4 update. And now it works again after 612 :/

    Yes, I did it all. It worked before the update, on 566 server version. I changed nothing in the station design from that time.

    I noticed the same behaviour on my server. Station was built correctly (and worked before the update), and stopped working after the update to fb 0.80 / server 617 =/

    Carts stop when the station is unpowered, but if the station is powered the minecart just runs over the block without getting a boost or changing direction when rolling against the direction of the Station =/

    Hey GeMoschen,
    I got some "issues" from your plugin. Previously i was using CraftBook (until i saw your IC's =D ), so i decided to switch. But now, my Lifts won't work correctly. I'm playing a sign at the bottom, 2nd line "[LIFT UP]" (w/o " ofc) and exactly above (like 20 Blocks) on a wall the sign "[LIFT DOWN]" (also 2nd line w/o "). The option to go up works, but when i try to move down, it says "No lift found." Can't imagine why, because with CraftBook, it worked fine.

    Also it get me the message "Your destination is obstructed" [or smth like this] when i try to move up in small rooms. I'll post a screen soon (kinda hard to explain).


    //Edit: Here is the described problem w/ "obstruted destination". The destination ist build lie this: Pressure Plate(Stone), Air [Sign on wall], Air. Sides are w/ iron doors. Back an front build up with wooden planks. It's an 1x1x3 Room (3 blocks up). You can also see where the bottom sign is planted.

    Hi boss,
    I'm planning to make as much simple minecart station as possible, and waiting for cart sorting block,
    but I'm still missing one function,...signal Delayer, when input is not stable,....I draw little plan of my station, so you can understand what I mean,...


    When you press the button, minecart goes to station and after few second, it should accelerate. But the current DELAYER(mc2100), need a constant signal,...

    Currently I'm using lever instad of button to make it work somehow,
    but I would like to make it work with button,....

    I have 1 problem with IC's
    I can't make any :[

    I place it on a block then it says "IC-Signs must be build on a wall" Then i get my sign back but the sign I placed is still there with thesame text

  17. Hey, I wanted to have a redstone torch being lit if it's day and off if it's night... any idea on how to accomplish this ? Im sure its with using the "mc1230" ic but well just hooking up a sign to a torch using redstone dust doesn't really work out :(

    Update your craftbukkit to build 614 or above.

    Lifts are working. But you have to use wallsigns. Not signposts for now (fixed in the next update)

    Once again. You can ignore this message, if you haven't build any of the selftriggered ICs/Receiver/Transmitter.

    This is just an information for serveradmins to prevent errors.

    You haven't used wall-signs (3rd pic saying "lift up" is a signpost) This is why it may not work.

    Just for the update (release today), then you will be able to use signposts as well

      • when creating a lift, you will receive a status message about the creation of the lift (linked or not)
      • fixed typo in obstruct-check

    @GeMoschen If it's not too much trouble could you provide a link to the version that works with craftbukkit 556, assuming there were no critical/large bugs in that release?

    Regardless of whether or not a 556 version would be viable, I plan on checking this plugin out as soon as we're all updated to 1.4/617.

    Can someone please explain how to use minecart collectors/dispensers? I don't understand. I put a chest on the track with a [Cart] sign under it, roll a cart to the chest and nothing happens.

    EDIT: Nevermind I figure it out. But does this version have ejectors?

    I'm not sure what the problem is, but the friction fix isn't working like it did before the 1.4 update at all. When I have it set to FALSE I travel farther than I do with it set to TRUE. Plus, whether it is true or false I lose speed going up slopes again, and with it on false I keep coming off at corners which in 1.3 with it as TRUE I did not.

    We built a railway system the length of our world which took two of us 38 hours to construct and it's totally broken since the update. :(

    Is there a way to extend redstone circuits so you can have a line of lit netherrock along a wall? The signal only goes about a dozen blocks, is there an IC or something that can make this go longer?

    You put the chest on top of an iron ore block, then the [Cart] sign under it.
