Development Assistance mcmmo: partyadmin

lots of servers have the plugin mcmmo, it also has a party function which includes a party chat.
admins most of the time have socialspy and other chat spies. however, mcmmo doesn't have a built in spy for staff. there was a plugin that adds a spy but it's now abandoned. can someone please update it so it could work on latest server builds. I'm sure other servers will also find it useful
