   Does This mean I only have 798 MB free? How did I use all of it up if I only have Essentials, 173 Generator, ClearLag, ProtocolLib, CoreProtect, and Vault installed?

   having 798 megabytes of the 1060 megabytes you allocated free isn't bad.... (you still have 75% of the allocated memory free)

   @Mifflin You asked how are you doing this. Well you have 441 world chunks loaded. With 129 entities + 65 tiles. I would recommend installing something like clearlagg.
