So i just created a bukkit server and i want to make my player admin with a colored name and i would like to have ranks and command levels can anyone help me out here thanx
in your server map there is a .txt called ops, put your name in that or typ in the .bat op (yourname) and you are op color in name needs a plugin called: ichat;http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/chat-ichat-2-3-3-custom-chat-formatting-1000.5857/ ranks of commands needs a plugin called: permissions;http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/admn-dev-permissions-3-1-6-the-plugin-of-tomorrow-935.18430/
There are other permissions plugins btw, you don't have to use Permissions 3.1.6. And there are other chat plugins, you don't have to use iChat. I'm guessing you're new, there are alot of different plugins found here: http://plugins.bukkit.org/#ti=&ta=all&au=&subm=false&pno=0
