Make my server start up faster?

    Hey guys, I am working on a server, and whenever I start it, it takes, like, a minute or two to start up. I have a lot of plugins, but is there any way to speed that up?
    1. Windows 7
    2. x64
    3. Java 7
    4. Running McMYAdmin
    5. Not sure what the build number is :/ but it's recent

    You could allocate more RAM to the server :)

    Download a program called "Defraggler", install it, then right click your server folder where everything is located for your server, click "Defraggler -> Check Fragmentation" and defrag it. This will make your files more organized and less cluttered. Hope this helps :)
