Development Assistance Lvl 30 Enchanting in 1.8. Need Help ASAP!

    I need a plugin that removes 1.8 enchanting. Not entirely, I do not mind the Lapiz Lazui. I need it to take away ot 30 levels at 30 lvl enchanting. Have it take away the amount of xp it did before 1.8

    Can someone please develope this plugin, or guide me on a step to step process oh how to do this? I need it asap! (By Saturday)

    Not what I am looking for. I need 1:1 ratio xp cost and xp required to enchant.
