Looking for a PvP Ranking Plugin(More Info in thread)

I have a PVP Section of my server, and I would love to have players be able to rank up to certain PVP ranks that require kills to achieve, but the current plugin I have(Rankuponkills) doesn't take into account that I have other players that are higher ranking and if they kill a certain amount, they'll get ranked to that rank and lose their higher ranking.

This is a problem with My staff members who like PvP and want to go kill people all day.

I want to be able to make exceptions with groups like Moderator, Admin, Owner, Donator ranks, that sort of thing.

I would also love if the plugin had the ability to set the ranks to rank them up automatically upon achieving those kills.
