Plugin Help LobbyCompass Not Working

i've seen this plugin not working many times before and when i got this plugin i changed everything to fit my server then found out that clicking the blocks does nothing! i've setup the "cmd: [command]" line and everything, theres nothing i can find that can help me on this so i need help from you guys!

EDIT: i use server.pro btw but i'm pretty sure that shouldn't change anything
