/List with Pex/vault prefixes/suffix plugin request

Suggested name: OnlineLister

What I want: Basically what I want is a plugin that will let me do /list, to view all online players. I would like it to view the players In groups, as defined in PEX.

Example:
Hero: player1, Player2, player3
Legend: Player1, Player2, player3

I would also like that each name will contain the prefix/suffix of the player from PEX (means that the plugin will support Vault). And also to support Essentials custom nicks.
If there will be any messages for the plugin I would like them to be customizable. Also If its possible I would like to be able to set the layout of the list (Order of groups, colors, messages if there any).

Ideas for commands:
/list = Opens the list of online players.
/list <GroupName> = List all online players from that group.
/ol reload = Reload the config file.


Ideas for permissions:
onlinelist.list = Permission to do /list.
onlinelist.list.group = Permission to do /list <GroupName>
onlinelist.Reload = Permission to reload the config file.

When I'd like it by: Few days if possible.

 

Well, I could make this but I would make a couple changes, it wouldn't be straight from pex, it would be from a config file, listing all the people with the rank.

My plugin OrderedList does a somewhat similar job, but does not list in the groups format, check it out, and I can make you a plugin similar, if you like the format
