Limit world size?

Is there a plugin out there, where we can specify a limit on the world, and then have it automatically generate all chunks within, and then prevent players from exiting this region.

 

It doesn't automatically generate the world the way you're asking, but EpicZones will let you set a radius limit on your world that nobody can explore beyond.

 

Is there any other such plugin that does JUST what I'm looking for, without the added features?

 

and i thought the so called "plugin developers" are aware of the search?
