Plugin Help Limit /mute time for groups

ive been looking for a plugin that allows to give a certain group of players (for example admin) to tempmute for 10 (for example) minutes maximum. (i have permissionsex and chatguard on my server, so if i give someone permission to mute, so the player will be able to mute for any time). is there a plugin that allows to to that? or how to set chatguard so that i can give permissions to mute for a certain time maximum?
