    Since it currently doesn't have permissions I assume anyone that gets a kill with be given 3 arrows and 1 fire

    Can I ask if you had permission from the owner? I'm pretty sure it is against the rules of Bukkit and actually Term 17 of the U.S.C Chap. 2.......

    @JoelyBob It isn't against the rules of Bukkit. Every plugin on dev.bukkit has been decompiled at least once.
    You can't stop it.
