Item Stacks of ZERO?

How do I get these item stacks of 0? If it's possible with /bukkit:give or /essentials:give, that would be cool. If it's some other method, please tell.

@Eepmageep By using the unofficial Bukkit API to give a player an ItemStack with a quantity of zero. It will probably work although I am not sure.

I'm pretty sure that it is 1.8.

IIRC, you have to set the amount of the ItemStack to -1. I don't know if it's possible ingame, but it should be possible with the bukkit api.
