Question ''Internal command error with every commands !

I serach for a long time now : i install ''essential'' plugin and when i want to do /gm 1 or any commands this show me ''Internal command error'' please help how i need to fix ?

Here's the most supported version of Essentials: https://ci.drtshock.net/job/EssentialsX/
Try using it and see if it fixes the problem.
