followFellow - follow a player!

Version: v0.1

Just type /follow player and you will follow player!
To unfollow, type /unfollow.

I can't try this plugin because I don't have a server and it requires two player.
If you can try it I WOULD LOVE YOU.

I tried it on 740 and 766 and for me works. Can you be more specific?

And what do you mean by "follow" - is the other person just being teleported every few ticks or is the other person actually walking?

Is it even possible to control a players movement?

 

I guess somehow it should be possible .. but it'll probably be quite hackish ... so no not using Bukkit but maybe using CraftBukkit

 

@Dreadreaver: if I try on my server and I follow myself, it go into an infinite loop but it don't show errors. And yes, you are just teleporting.

i do this on my server all the time, only i use the vanish and mobrider plugins and then just sit on their heads

Is it possible to set a minimum distance to be in for a player starting following another player ?

Theres a bit of a delay if the player you are following starts to teleport around. Also, slowing down the rate of teleportation on walk might be nice also. And add an intentional .5 - 1 second delay... currently it's a little jarring to both parties when the follower is re-teleporting every .1 seconds.
