I NEED MAJOR HELP WITH PEX please

ok um i feel bad on asking this but could some one make permissions with pex for me i can give the plugins list and ranks,users,and things i want PLEASE PLEASE i have tried to do it 3 times please help anyway heres the info

Pex needs to be your plugin. And get rid of essentials, it usually fucks up permissions
