Plugin Help I need a prefix and perms plugin!

    I am making a server where players can buy ranks on buycraft on my website.
    I want them to get special perms and a prefix.
    How would I do this?

    I want them to get special kits, or /fly etc.

    I also want mods to be able to get special perms and a prefix.

    Please could someone explain the basics of how to do this! Thanks for any help :)
