i have forwarded 25565 port but still closed!

    I have been trying to make a Minecraft server and, I port forwarded on my Huawei E5776s-32 but, it still says that the port is closed I am pretty sure that I did it right but, I don't know why?
    if I have to do something else tell me if you know please!
