I get an error message after all my plugins are loaded...

I always get this message at the end of my server loading :

I need help, you'll find all of my plugins at me website. Also, minestatus.net says my server is offline when i have the window open.

I also get this error. I sadly do not know how to fix it. But it is an error with VirtualShop. SwearWords is acutally rewriting the whole plugin as we speak =)
