Hunger Bar glitch

    It seems one of my plugins is causing my users to have their hunger bars to no regenerate after eating food? I don't know how to make it happen to myself considering I'm working on other things on the server. But none the less I have to figure this out soon or i might loss some people. Anyways here's a list of my plugin in the file/photo above.

    I had the same issue and after many many restarts removing each plugin, found it was fixed when I removed DisguiseCraft. Don't ask me why.

    Try removing DisguiseCraft and see if it fixes the problem for you.
