HubPvP-Sword and Bow

What I want: Well as you may have seen some big hub servers have an option to pvp at the spawn if you want it to. However I couldnt find anywhere any plugin like this (exept HUb-PvP-sword that is on spigot but doesnt work and doesnt have bow). So could someone make a plugin that gives you an item(configurable) and when you hold it for 3 seconds it turns into 1 diamond sword and gives diamond armor (not in the inventory but in the armor section directly), and when you hold another item for 3 seconds the item goes normal the pvp disables and the armor disappers. For the bow. I want it to shoot other players on the air without causing them any damage or need to enable/disable and if the player left click the bow, it will instantly become a teleport bow that teleports you to where you shoot. Also i want the bow to fire without having an arrow in your inventory if possible
For the config i would like to be able to change the:
- Sword lore when enabled
- Sword lore when disabled
- The item that will become sword if you hold it for 3 seconds
- The player launcer bow lore
- The teleport bow lore
Of course the items will be given back on players death and the player cant move them/drop them

Seriously? I have said that the plugin doesnt work right. And what about the bow?

@alexlab963 Why doesn't the plugin linked above work? Is there a stack trace? It could be a simple mistake and the plugin would work fine for you...

@nverdier Even if the plugin works there will be nothing about the bow

 

@alexlab963 Yeah just saw that. But that could be in a separate plugin... I mean that one has nearly all you need.

 

Anyway . it doesnt work, you can customize it change the items, change the name, it changes your pvp status to true if you hold it for 3 sec and geoes back normal if you keep an other item, However if you hit someone in pvp-on the sword gets damaged and then it cant change to pvp-off
