   Hello,
   
   I am trying to give someone the item of a random firework through a plugin and have no idea where to start. Everything I've read so far has been editing the firework effect, not having an actual firework in the player's inventory.

   Create an ItemStack that contains a firework then use FireworkMeta to edit it
