How could i add a vote command read pls

how could i add a vote command i have /rules from essentials and i want to make a command the exact same as that but instead of /rules make it /vote ive tryed everything dont know what to do help!!!!

i dotn want polls i want a /vote command that will show the vote websites for the server

What I did at the moment, was to create an alias for command /rules to /vote (not a lot of people are using /rules) so I don't have to add a new plugin (i am trying to keep the number at minimum)

Of course, if petercraigg , can make a small plugin which can create commands that output texts and use less memory than other plugins (like the one mentioned above), I would gladly use it
