Hourly Time Announcement Plugin

Hello all!

I was wondering if anyone could whip up a quick plugin that broadcasts the time hourly to the server?

Jordan Lambrecht That error is caused because you are using Java6 probably. Please download Java7

One more request, which is identical but a little more involved perhaps...

I'm looking for a plugin which is VERY user friendly... I want to simply write a string in a config and beneath that string, be able to set it's interval for posting in the chat box. I want there to be no limit to the announcements I can make and each string has it's own colour coding and font setting.

I'm probably describing a plugin detail for detail which is already out... but I can't seem to find it.

Assistance will be greatly appreciated!
