Plugin Help Homespawnplus

im having trouble with multiple homes.
What I'm trying to do is have multiple /homes I have 2 groups of worlds that will need a home

1st group is factions
- factions
- factions_nether
- factions_the_end

I want /home is these 3 worlds to take you to your factions world home

2nd group
-survival
-survival_the _end
- survival_nether
-Resourceworld

And also /home in any of these worlds will take you to your survival home

I'm unsure of how to edit the config and the events.yml if I have to? To make this work
