Yay, I waited a long time for this feature. Finally a way to easily submit and spread my plugins. *starts to get some public builds together*

 

Worked for me like a charm. You might want to consider telling people to generate a Curse API Key if they haven't already though. When I first went to link it, it complained about a wrong API key. So I generated one since I haven't done that yet. After that, it linked just fine.

Oh, as for the dev.bukkit details under your name, you just set up the curse association thing under your name in the right-top corner.
