Plugin Help Help! Red plugins

I try to use essentials and essentialschat but they show up red when i do /pl help please

 

@jcgamboa10 That means they are not enabling correctly (they are being disabled for some reason). Can you post your startup log on pastebin and post a link to it here, please? Also, are you using the spigot build of Bukkit?

 

I am using spigot and how do i use pastebin

 

@jcgamboa10 Paste your log into this website http://pastebin.com/ then give us the link to the page that it gives you. Give it a title etc, then click submit at the bottom of pastebin's website.
