Looks strange if you ask me. You have some plugins that cause high tick spikes but could also be related to damaged/bad hardware/software. Chunk loading: Your server has big difficulty's to load chunks for the players. Do you have many worlds loaded? How are your hardware specs such as Ram/CPU/Network? LWC: Disable the magnet if you don't need it anymore: Go under ./plugins/lwc/magnet.yml and disable it there. Also be sure your LWC is up to date. ShowCaseStandalone: Could be the cause for the high chunk loading/unloading would be nice if you could try to run your server without it or replace it with something like ChestShop. NoLagg: Disable AutoSave in the config if you don't need that feature. PreciousStones: Seems to cause huge tick spikes. Not sure if its hardware/software related but be sure its up to date or better try to run your server without it enabled. AuthMe: Its AuthMe reloaded right? If not then use at least AuthMe Reloaded or if you don't need it then drop it. The session hacker has been fixed long time ago so you don't need that anymore if you're worried about this one. Essentials: Be sure you use the latest version! CookieMonster: Be sure you use the latest version of this one, it seem to cause some spikes sometimes but again: Could also be Hardware/Software/OS related issues that cause this. Other: Be sure you have all your plugins up-to-date and also be sure you have your Craftbukkit/Craftbukkit++/Spigot up-to-date.

yes i know that but nobody just gets it for its shop feature because there are much better shop plugins
I was not sure if he uses it simple as showcase or as shop. So he if would use it as shop then I would recommend to replace it with something else like ChestShop or so. If he only uses the showcase feature then drop it temporary. So SCS can be used for both "shop" and "showcase".
