   Hello Guys.
   I'm making my minecraft server and I'm about to finish it but I realized that when we battle with my friends in my server we often tp to the spawn becouse we don't want to die...
   And I know that there is a plugin, but i don't know the name of it which you can block commands while the player is in battle.
   Can you please tell me the name of it?

   The kind of plugin you're looking for is an anti combat log related plugin. Here's a couple that are pretty good.
   
   https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/free-pvpmanager.845/ - More complex but a lot more features.
   https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/anticombatlog.4278/ - Less features but has some of the basics
