   Hello!
   I am in need of a plugin/script that does the following:
   When a player types /h {PLAYER} it will pop up in chat saying
   "{PLAYER NAME}: {AMOUNT OF HEALTH}♥︎"
   Example:
   "cpPenguin1289: 15♥︎"
   
   Then the permission would be
   health.h
   
   The amount of health would be out of 20, so each half heart counts as one health point.
   Also, can the message that pops up in chat be easily editable so if we need to change it all we have to do is go into the config and change the color code or something?
   
   And I'd like it as soon as possible.
