HCF EnderPearl Through Fence Gates, Tali Pearls & Anti Pearl Glitch

    Suggested name: HCFPearls

    What I want: I'd like that a pearl could be thrown through the fences, I have looked in many places and I have not found any already made or no clue of how to do it myself, also that they cannot go through the blocks pearling into a wall, and also that they cannot can pearl under any close fence gate.

    If detect any pearl glitch, send a msg and refound pearl (see examples)

    Ideas for commands: Only one: /hcfp reload

    Ideas for permissions: hcfp.reload

    When I'd like it by: As soon as possible

    Examples:
    Pearling into 1x1x1
    Pearling into Stairs
    Pearling into Stairs (Other Side)
    Pearling into Slabs
    Pearling thru Fence Gates

    1.7.10 is not something that people develop for anymore. It is almost 7 years old.
